this project is born with a simple idea,
professional project but with easy solution, high power and not expensive.

i built it with good stuff like a premacon valve, the piston is made from a real piston manufacturer, the motor for the tracks and turn is custom by my specs.

i made my own tracks in bronze material by my project drawing.

is not fully detailed like a premacon because a lot of detail mean more money.

the excavator is 40kg and work with 35/40bar pressure

Id be interested in details on your track pads, ive been saving brass swarf for just such an endevour

the bucket capacity is ± 1.2 litre or 1200 cm/cubic

Bucket displacement sounds big, I'll have to measure my own to see how it compares... but what I was asking was measurement Q in the diagram (usually I see this measurement from center point of swing, not front of cab).

Looks like you have a very solid machine. Very impressive!!! Good work and it runs smooth. Can you post a link or more info on the frsky radio? I did not know they made that model.

The frsky radio is a good radio. For the first time is a bit difficult to setting but after some times willbe easy.
Is a solid aluminium case and is perfect for a excavator or same stuff

Looks like a great product) 4000 Euro is a good price. Remember it's a difference from producing 4 machines to deliver like 20 machines in a year..) Many new producers often underestimates the production time, and promise delivery to the customer after 3 months. Then later say; 6 months. Then later say; 9 months..;) When not quite sure about production time, as one possible not are in the start, it's better to tell the customer a long delivery time, like 10 months...Then it will just be a bonus if one can make the delivery after 6 months;) Just mentioning this as people in the hobby often seams to be quite disappointed if delivery time of a product is much longer than what they were told at the beginning) Good luck, will be interesting to follow the development.

in this case this is for me an hobby not a work and i know how many time i need for construction.
normally i take 6/7 months.
for the same reason i know how many parts i can do in a year and after this number i stopped the production.
is not a mass production. i prefere less parts but with good quality.

Yes. The main problem when i make this project was find the best solution for built it easy and fast. But in the same time are a professional product with good quality and easy to control. Everything have his space inside the excavator. No stuff around without sense.

hi guys.
today i wanna show a screenshot of my metal parts for laser cutting machine.
every pieces is developed with a lot of study
this is the 14th revision of the excavator.
every revision mean change almost 60%of the drawings.
one pieces at time.
is very very long process but i am very happy now for the final results.

i am not a big or professional builder of this kind of machine but when i make it i put part of me inside every single parts. :-D

Is this an rc meet in Italy?

wow that is a great machine.I do have 2 questions would it be possible to get hydrolics up by the bucket for a quick release and another attachment as well and if it is possible to get wider track pads 5 mm bigger than stock ? but your doing a great job i am realy thinking about getting 1

Hi jack. At the moment we are under development, maybe is possible encrease the premacon 3 valve in 4 valve but actually we no make it. We just make a easy remove shaft for remove a bucket. For the track our track is 56mm large. And the steg is bit more than 3mm. Now we make a new pads and all the tracks is in c45 steel black plated and we already make a new mould. So for that reason is no possible make something different.
