I've been hammering in a lot of hours on this to get it shipped out before Christmas. It's at the powder coating shop now so I thought I would post a couple of build pictures. Bigford built the tractor so he's the guy to ask questions about that part of the build if anyone has any.

Bigford, Do you intend to have the rear axle hanging off the backside of that thing?

I'm anxiously awaiting to see how well you like that hyd multi stage lift ram for the dumper. I've thought about one, but am leery of pulling the trigger on the purchase. I just haven't seen them in use enough to know for sure how good they are.

It's a nice cylinder seems strong enough and with a good
Pump it will definitely lift any thing I toss in the box.
I think reg said it a 45° dump angle could have used the 550mm cylinder instead

Any idea how much weight it's capable of dumping?

It should lift a lot given the bore size of the first stage. Of course that all depends on the pump used but I don't think it will have issues dumping a heaped load.

With this cylinder it has about a 40 degree dump angle. Not super steep but enough for gravel or dry dirt I think.

Off the rcbmim site. Take it for what it's worth
Capacity : 80 (ML)
Rated pressure : 2 MPA
Maximum pressure : 5 MPA
Theoretical Thrust :Theoretical lifting force 110KG (first section

110KG, first stage, so slight loss(es) as each stage raises......I'd bet it'll lift 24-30 pounds with no problems, if not more.

For non sticking materials, it will work. My 1:1 Mack only goes to 42 degrees, sometimes it isn’t enough! Even with a vibrator.
Cheer’s, Neil.

The super dumper is just about ready to go to cabin fever this weekend

Definitely not enough time to wet sand the last coat
Of paint and clear before the show. I'll let it ride until the
Spring.

Hey Mark I just put a set of those air cleaners on a truck of mine. What's the best way to attach the screen around them?

Zip tie the screens in place and then glue them. Remove the zip tie after the glue is cured.

I rolled mine around a shotgun shell. To get a tight round
Shape then zap glue
