I´m a 72 year retired fieldsurveior, who now have the time for playing with RC trucks.
When I started I desided it had to be a american truck - a Peterbild or a Kenworth - it then became a Tamiya King Hauler - looks a little like a Kenworth.
Now I am looking for what trailer I want to build.
Here is pictures of my Kenworth

Thank you for the welcom.
My next projekt is a kiptrailer in american style - i.e. a 45 " dump trailer.
My big problem is to find a hoist - system. anyone with a sugestion ?

Welcome to the board Wolle, Nice build, that mural looks like a picture of highway 50 in Nevada.

As far as people knowing how to do ANYTHING on or with these trucks, you came to the right place.

We have several guys that have built end dump trailers, both with Hydraulics and with screw drives.

Some of the guys to talk to are Travis (fhhhstix) and Fred (freddygeardrive)

Scale Art makes a far superior hydraulic system.

FreddyGearDrive (american builder) makes a supberb screwdrive dump trailer.
