I have never driven a big rig, unless you count an International High Cube delivery van I drove for two summers, delivering furniture for J.C.Penny some 30 odd years ago. I might be able to dig up a picture of that... However, I do have a 1:1 vehicle I am quite proud of. It's called the Pirate Mobile by many, though her real name is Shannon. She is a 1995 Isuzu Trooper with some personalization including Old Man Emu suspension, HAM radio, blue neon throughout, and upgraded sounds.

She's no show winner, but she is mine and I love her.

However, driving Shannon to work was getting expensive, so I bought a 1990 Volkswagen Jetta for the gas mileage. The car was from a young kid and needed a paint job, however I did not want to spend the money to have it painted. So I digital camo'd it - with lots of help from my wife. It has become quite famous around town - even Google caught it on their street maps - you can find it here (http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&t=h&layer=c&cbll=38.22349,-85.76356&panoid=HBI6D1iWfAdRdwONQGgkrw&cbp=1,228.94989030243448,,0,16.40556230078062&ll=38.227309,-85.76256&spn=0.010164,0.018454&z=16 http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&t=h&layer=c&cbll=38.22349,-85.76356&panoid=HBI6D1iWfAdRdwONQGgkrw&cbp=1,228.94989030243448,,0,16.40556230078062&ll=38.227309,-85.76256&spn=0.010164,0.018454&z=16).

Thanks for looking!

OK - I found a 30+ year old photo of me 'driving' my truck. I was actually just posing for the photo in front of the house. I drove this for two summers for a friend of mine at church. I was contracted out to Merchants Delivery Service and delivered furniture for J.C. Penny's in the Los Angeles area of California. We arrived at the dock at 4:30 AM and started planning our route from the delivery slips. Then we loaded the truck with all the furniture and appliances. When the truck was empty you were done for the day - so we generally tried to get the furniture delivered as quickly as possible. I remember it was a 30 foot long high cube with a 10 speed split axle and aside from the very early mornings I really enjoyed my time driving it.
