Thanks guys but Izzy deserves the credit I just kit bashed a flat bed kit and put it together. Brian the rails are from the flat bed kit you just have to cut a small section from the middle and bolt them to the bottom plate. Basically you just bolt the flatbed from the rails down to the new bottom plate of the bottom dump kit. Izzy did a great job all of the holes are there in the bottom plate just bolt it together and go.

Nice to see something a little different now and then! I can practically imagine that trailer dumping it's load over the heater duct vent, on the floor, just underneath the trailer. Nice!

yea we need a video Travis but my question is if you haul dirt in it make wouldn't you want a slide in blade that goes in in front of the tandems to grade it out as you go lol i really thought most bottom dumps were for grain .......just what lil i knew:)

No it was to wet to play in the dirt if the rain holds off for a couple days I will try to get one this week. If It rains I will bring a bag of dads mulch in the garage and do a video with that.

Thanks BullDog but I don't think the trailer will make it to Jersey. I hope to have the Freightliner dump done for the show.

Here is a video of the trailer, now it is not the best video I have a hard time running two radios and a camera but here you go. The doors open evenly when there is a load in it but empty it will open the one with the least resistance first but I am very happy with how it works especially considering how wet the dirt was.

Ya I really need a bigger place to run the equipment. I may start using the loader and dumps to help dad spread mulch in the train garden. We can load the train as well and he can use his dump car to get to the areas a truck won't go.

Thanks guys and most of the credit should go to Izzy for the kits. I really enjoyed the challenge of the the lead trailer and I now have a new respect for those who have built a b-train, it is not a easy as one would think but I am very happy with how they turned out.

Hello Travis,

nice trailer - i like it.

Could you please post some pictures of the "Close Mechanic" of the button down dumper?

I want to build a buttom dump too, but the mechanic is something i have no idea to realism it at the moment.
