Hello everyone.I just talked talked to Brian in Pa,and he told me to stop slacking and post some pictures of my junk. Here is a project that he helped me on,its been sitting now for over a year due to a issue with getting a cylinder built that don't leak:(.Got that problem solved,so here we go.First picture shows when I got the 6 3/4 aluminum tube cut in half, next cut the rear edge/tailgate area.http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/hh16/liftaxle/DSC00539.jpg
http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/hh16/liftaxle/DSC00538.jpg
http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/hh16/liftaxle/DSC00541.jpg
Next I had the front of the tub assemble at a chopper shop.
http://i252.photobucket.com/albums/hh16/liftaxle/DSC00525.jpg
Now we are getting somewhere.Next was attaching the suspension to the tub.I used simulated air suspension, from Gerryk,It worked like butter, real smooth:D
Time to design a draw bar, front braces, and rear fenders. Thanks to Lee and Tony,we got that done.Off to Brian in PA for polish and here she is.Enjoy the video

Enjoy and ask any questions you want.

Wow. That is an incredible looking trailer, Ed! You put that together very nicely. I don't think I've seen anyone else with a half round dump trailer that looks that good. Beautiful job on it.

As a lurking newb who happens to own one of those trailers--it's truly amazing how well you nailed it. I imagine Mike Conny would be real interested in that build.

Simply amazing.
