hiya all,

I thought it about time to introduce myself having been hiding.

I am from the UK, 35 Y/O female. I drive artics (tractor and semi trailer)

favorite is still the Scania T-Cab although not made since 2005

I am an avid model truck builder who likes things different. I therefore make most parts myself or find ways of doing things differently.

currently I am working on a Scania T-Cab conversion kit.

I have made cow horns and gear sticks. Euro wing mirrors, engine tunnels and oil drums.

the latest is the Thermoking SB300

my main method is making a master then make a mould and then cast them in liquid resin.

I enjoy the building side more and therefore I tend to sell them off.

I am also getting into the milling and lathe work. Mainly due to the Liebherr LTM 1250 project. The first part from the milling machine was a light board for a Scania. To fit carson tail lights on a tractor unit.

many thanks

Rebekah

It's on the drawing board at the moment. Here is a model 1:1 print out. I want to reproduce the oviform boom but that's going to take some planning. The wheel/tires are another issue as I can't find exactly what I want. Tread and dia 107mm.

Rebekah
noticed your drg for liebherr on other forums, have you visited www.modelkran.de ther's a couple of liebherrs on that site.
Amongst many other projects I would like to do a crane and have been giving the boom extension some thought, have you worked out how to do it?
I'm not sure whether all elements are operable by rc certainly the stabiliser legs look manual?!!

Thats some amazing work! Im also a driver in Melbourne, Australia. I love driving a scania series 4 (2003). Just wondering with your moulds what you use as Im thinking of designing parts for a tanker trailer, with the aim of building a four 40 foot trailer and one A set B double trailer set.

Hiya Aussie,
