Hey guys I got one of these great belly dumps from Izzy 2 weeks ago and it is a great priced kit and a outstanding quality for a great value. All you need to do is get one from Izzy and find a used trailer to rob your parts off of and you are done. This is a truly outstanding set up for a great price. Everyone wants to haul dirt at the truck meets and some cant build a dump and screw drive and some cant afford to have one built of buy one and for them this is a great way to be able to haul dirt around for a easy to swallow price for the guys just getting into the hobby. But enuff BS here are the picks.. It is not done yet but it is close..

Nice looking trailer! If Izzy is still making them when I have the money for one, I'll pick one up.:)

Anyone got vids of one dumping dirt or rubber?

It is tough to shoot vids by yourself, that is why on most of my vids the camera never moves or changes focus.

These trailers are so cool, it would be nice to run two of them at the shows.

Thanks much for the comments guys..

Well after seeing Troy's handy work on his months ago I started on mine then shelved it and started on something else like normal and then seeing Adrian's detail build on his I got going on mine again over my VK time off and here is what I came up with.. I used a mix of Trail King and Load King and the greedy board idea from Adrian witch I wanted to do but not sure how and he pulled it off great so I used your idea fella hope you don't mind and I like how Troy's back of his trailer looked so I followed some of his to he tied it in so nicely there just was not a better way to do it..

So here it is I still have to send it to paint this weekend then it will be all white. Also just got a Delta skid done so now I can load it witha ramp.:D

Now that is hardcore. Love it! After it's painted white, are you going to weather / rust it up or keep it clean? I normally like the clean look, but something like this, a real hard working trailer, just looks more authentic with a couple of bangs and bumps, dirt and rust.

I can't remember the other guys name, but another thread for one of Izzy's BD's had some nice rust on it.

Great improvement, Paul. That looks loads better, and the attention to detail makes all the difference, on any model. Even trailers.

Thanks Much Joe.. Got the Delta skidder running so i can put it to work now.

Thanks Much Troy.. I am going to put the push bar on the back but around here they run the axle a little father ahead to be able to cut the corners into the construction areas..

Looking sweet now Paul - I'm liking the rear lights, very neat.

I used epoxy resin to fix the boards onto my trailer, they seem pretty secure but I guess I'll find out when it gets its first knock from a loader bucket!

If that fails I may have to used screws like you have done.

Its a pitty were on different sides of the pond, our trailers would look good running together!

Cheers,

Adrian
