Peterbilt inspired, MFU in the shortened sleeper....nothing extraordinary, but fun to make and fun to drive with the separate steering for the trailer.

In his 1:1 scale job, he owns 3 different trailers to alternately haul logs (his main activity), large natural stone blocks, forestry equipment and large steel bridge sections.....he does not have so many axles, but wanted an impressive model :D

You can see one of the 2 original trucks that inspired this model here (http://www.rctruckandconstruction.com/showthread.php?t=1382). The second was this peterbilt he owned some years ago :

Sorry, the baby is now in the hands of it's new owner....but I can take one next time I visit him, if I don't forget

As you can see, this is a relatively simple/cheap design, as the model was not intended for intensive use.
However, I tested it on a smooth ground with a 24 kg (+/- 50 lbs) payload, and it was fine, but really at the limit.
