Hi together!

Last weekend some friends and I competed at the german minitruck championship...
We saw a lot of unique models...here´s one I don´t want to keep back any longer:
scale 1/16....cab conversion from a MONOGRAM kit. Please take note of the many small details... :p

It was the first competition for this guy from Olpe/Germany. Unfortunately the paint job of the chassis (soldered of brass) is not so clear to see on the pics, also the brakedrums with moveable brake cylinders and tubes...
The longer I looked at his model, the more details I found.

best regards
Frank

Just take a look at the rims:
The owner took the parts from monogram, funded them in resin, glued them into an aluminum pipe and finished them on a lathe...

Really sharp, can't help but notice though that with all that detail the axle nuts are showing on the rear instead of getting some scale looking hubs. Wheels and tires are the first thing I always look at...;)
