Now that you mention that it seems vaguely familiar that I've seen those in RCCA years back.

Wonder if you could get a blank set of these (http://cgi.ebay.com/Alloy-Front-Wheel-TAMIYA-Tractor-Truck-9RSilver5-/270629998372?pt=Radio_Control_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f02ce0f24), and have someone machine out hearts instead of the triangles. That would look pretty good on the truck, but unless you knew someone would cost a pretty penny I imagine.
