Can anyone recommend an esc to control a tipper mechanism? I tried the recommendations of the guys, but I think I may have the wrong esc. I have an ACE esc-10 speed control. Thanks for the input.

Forget the esc and use a Dual Relay Switch. It is just on or off but it can handle 12 amps at 30V and it has spots to solder in switches that can be used to limit travel, basically stop points for up and down. Here is a link to the switch and a link to the data sheet. I use these now in all of the dump trucks I build.

Thank you man. I saw someone else describing a device like this, but could not figure out if they were referring to this device or another from this robotic parts supplier. I am so ready to activate this tipper. Thank you so much.:)

Hi Travis. I just got a hold of one of those RCE 220 interfaces that you were talking about. One question though. Do you have to solder your motor and battery to the device? Also where did you mount yours? I hate soldering and was looking for a quick lazy way. Thanks for your help. Glenn.

Hi, could anyone recommend an alternative as the RCE220 switch is no longer available.
Thanks, Noel.
