Well the youngest boy and I took a all day trip yesterday and went out to buy a project for him and I to do together. This will be Joe's first project for him and I as we did the resto on the pickup last year for Tristin no joe would like to try his hand at it but he is more into semi and tractors so he wanted to restore a old tractor.
So we found this guy in southern Iowa that had many different tractors for sale in different states and different brands so we set off yesterday to find one. We got down there and Joe looked over everyone and listened to everything Ron the owner had to say about each one and heard them run and he even drove most of them but he finally settled on a great low hour Case 220 the tractor has just a hair over 100 hrs on it and indoor kepted. Ron found it 5 years ago and it had not ran for about 5 years before he found it he primed the carb and checked the oil and it fired right off so all he has done to it is service the hole rig and clean what he said was about a inch of dust.
So here is a pick of the proud owner with the OG Case keys on the key chain that they came on from the dealership with there info on it that is long since closed.
