I could imaging how hot the shops are.. I've been dying at work fixing the main lines on the telephone poles and we had to suit in or trucks every now and then just to cool off. Today there's a nice breeze and its not blasting hot!

You guys should try swampeast missouri. We got this water that fell from the sky last evening. The news called it "rain", but they have called for "rain" before and we didn't get and falling water. But oddly enough the air temp was cooler but the heat index was much higher. So instead of 105 air temp with little to no heat index, to 92 air temp with 100 heat index. Either way its still **** hot.

Nothing major around here. Some side streets and sidewalks were reported on the news a week or so ago.

I hear ya. Last week, Indiana saw temps in the 105 range and with our old AC unit that can't keep up it was 82 degrees in the house by the end of the day.

Now, high 80's and low 90's it feels like fall time! :D
