Yes I have a good idea of what I am going to do for a grill other than the KW emblem at top center of the grill not sure on that detail yet.

Oh man like night and day from the very last set of pics you posted to the current ones. Heck just the styrene additions without any filler were looking very neat but now with the filler and some primer the edges transition so flawlessly!!

Nice work Travis, she's gonna be a beaut when finished!

That's a nice cab, can't tell it's a modded king hauler cab, real professional job. Light buckets look good too, are they modded pmd square headlights? The lenses look familiar.

Yes Snowman the lenses are from pmd but the housings are made from styrene and chrome UltraCote.

Thanks Joe I have another T800 build that I want to do and I have a few areas of the truck that I want to do a better job on to make it closer to the 1:1.

Paint is awesome! Will have to get you to paint one for me! No way can I get that much shine in a paint job:(

They are just styrene with chrome decal wraped around it with some PMD lenses.

No they are custom rails I got from a Tamiya Cowboy here on the board and they were blanks when I got them all of the holes were drilled by me so I have no extra holes giving the frame a clean look.:cool:

Thanks for the compliments but here is a pic of the truck I am copying and all of the T800 we run at work only have 3 verticals in the grill maybe there are some out there that have more but ours don’t. Claus they are 1/2" polished stainles you can get it from tower hobbies but you have to polish it and make some elbows. From the ground to the top they are 12 1/2" from the bottom of the elbow to the top is 9 1/2"

OK I need some ideas for mirror brackets the brackets on my T800 on a T800 they attach to the cab not the door as they do on the king hauler kit. Here is a pic of the 1:1 and my truck.
