I can't bring myself to try this method! Something about a table saw just makes me break out in cold sweats! Quess, I will still use the trusty band saw until I get up the nerve.

Travis - this makes my mehtod - Hacksaw - look really stupid.
- do you set the blade height tall enough for the material - then go back and clean up the radius corners - or full thickness - any issues with aligning the cuts on non square surfaces??

There's also the string method which you can align each end of the cut, then draw the string back and forth between the two points. Use some string line or good nylon string. I've never tried it on RC bodies but have used it to cut PVC pipe, although alot of people on Scale4x4 have used it with success.

You must have a better table saw than the cheap one I had a few years ago, my gate was never paralell to the blade, I had to square it off and clamp it.

The blade is in the normal direction and I think it is a 120 tooth. I tried the string method and it sucked for me I did more damage than good so I think I will stick with the table saw and the score and break method. I also use the small hand saws from ZONA they are great I have had mine for 2 years and have cut a lot of styrene and alumium with it and it is still sharp.

I would try a band saw but I don't have one or access to one so for now I will stick with the table saw and ZONA razor saw.
