one other thing is it posable to make the gear shich in to a 3 place shwich i know some ppl did this on the old t-maxx raidos not shere about the new computer raidos? thanks for any help

I bought 2 of these and have not actually tried them yet. But, I have read that they work nice.

With the DX6I you are stuck with the 2 pos switch because of the programing in the radio I have talked to spectum using my hoby shops dealer number and they said no and were not intrested in doing it. As for slowing down the servo you will have to use a programable digital servo the radio has no way to slow it down.

Hitec digital servo's can be slowed with programming.

Really interestred to see what your findings are. These could be really handy for something I have in mind. Servo powered lift axle.

I have seen it done before, really cool. Not quite sure if it was the guy from Netherlands, RC mgden?, had a lot of stuff going, not seen him on this forum or any other for a while. I am looking for the vid on the tube, if I find it I'll post it.

I have one of these on my combine auger. It is programmable and works very well for making scale motion. There are two units. One is for analog only and the other will work with both 2.4 and analog.

Hitec DIGI Servos is programable via their USB/PC or standalone prog. box. Works super smooth. I use them or the print from the servos in my farmequipment. 180degr. rotation possible.

Hyperion servo is also programable from your PC with a cheap USB cable and free software.

CTI is also an option to use with standart servos.
Servo fast
Servo slow
Servo for windscreen wiper
Servo for hydraulic movement, to leave the servo in one position even when the stick returns to zero...

All with adjustable speed.
