Guys - I am planniing to head your way for the October meet - is it open to all? What's a good time to be at the site? How long do you usualy go? Since it is a 6 Hr trip for me - have a suggestion about a hotel?
Anything I should bring to help out the club or the meet?
A bit of info or have someone PM me would be great - Thanks :)

The best place for hotel would be off of exit #78 of I-80, brookville. There are a good number of hotels/restaurants there.
The show is at the next exit #81. When traveling east-bound, you exit #81 and turn left. The firehall is about 5 miles on your right.
"is it open to all?" are you kidding!! of course!

I could pack up Blueshirts warehouse dock (it ain't painted - it was at Indy) along with my trucks and equipemnt - could bring my box of Jersey barriers - we didn't even get them out at Indy though.
Let me know your thoughts. .......

Lets play it by ear, but you may want to leave the loading dock at home... lets see what everyone else is bringing... I have fears of running out of room! We had quite the crowd last time and table space/pit area became a premium!!! We may be quickly outgrowing this firehall!

you can say that again Rod, ECMT is getting real big I might bring a saw so we can take down some walls! :eek: we might have to start driving out thw doors and into the parking lot!!

That show is 120miles for me but only 15miles from my farm.

I'll be there. It's an hour drive for me. I'll have my garage and possibly my loading dock, trailers and king hauler.

OK - sounds like I can leave the dock behind - pain to load anyhow....but if we need it I can always load it......

I just wanted to bump this discussion thread here as the show is closing in on us here. I want to make sure we have enough room for everyone!! The place is getting smaller by the show!

Hey Just a list for what I'm bringing.
So far:
1 Loading dock
1 Garage approx. 3'x3'
1 Tamiya Hauler
2 Custom Tamiya Trailers
1 Equipment Trailer
Extra road, a tool box and some extra parts and junk
I'll figure out when to be there when I know others will show up.
Can't wait.

I want to make it bad but due to me losing my job on 20th of this month and don't have a car that will make the 4 1/2 hour trip one way I will have to pass.
I wish I could hook up with some one just to hang out with you fellas for the day.
Sorry guys,maybe I will see you next year sometime.

I am going to miss my first show due to work and my coaching Cole's football team. I will miss you guy's your like brothers to me and its always a great time. Please post lots of pictures....:)
Steve - the IH always goes along for the ride - it's my favorite truck....
I'll leave the STX behind though - kinda boring these days .....maybe I'll sell it off????

I'm in for Friday night. I'm only an hour drive. Probie, don't push the envelope, just stick to holding the Radio for your truck, or whomever it belongs to. Hehehe.
Travis and I will be there Friday night - ain't got nowhere else to go ..... except sleep - and got plenty of time for that later......
Travis says he's bringing just 2 trucks or so.

I made the call today and the place is open Friday for us to setup! I will post Thursday to absolutely confirm. Let's say 7p (ish) setup time... w/ a lil running if u wish.

6:45 - 7:00p.m. Setup!
I got confirmation today that we can get in Friday evening. I am planning on being there around 6:45 to get in and start moving stuff around. So we're all good to go... maybe I can get some of my stuff ready now!!! :rolleyes:
