I see some of you guys are building your trucks with traxxas stamped drive shafts with the steel yokes. Got some questions;

1. do the shafts come ONLY in standard lengths to fit the Traxxas products??
or do they come over-length and you cut them down to size?

2. the steel yokes are made by WHO?

3. are there part numbers available?

4. WHERE can I order these on the internet?

My local hobby shop sucks at carrying any of these items...

Any help is appreciated!

2. the steel yokes are made by WHO? Traxxas makes the yokes no number needed you just want stampede parts.

3. are there part numbers available? Yes but I don't know them

4. WHERE can I order these on the internet?Ebay you search Traxxas Stampede

My local hobby shop sucks at carrying any of these items... Most do anymore..:D

Any help is appreciated!

Great build thread, Travis!

Gotta ask - what are you using for driveshafts, and where do you buy them?

Can't find anything like those around here at local hobby shops...

Go to your local hobby shop and go to the Traxxas section they are the long slide shafts for the Stampead and rustler you can buy them in packages of 6. Here is a link.

And the yokes in this link go real well with them they are able to transfer more power to the axle than the axle can handle without breaking.
