I built this truck about eight years ago, it was made to replicate one of Pickett Custom Trucks from Washington State. They were the hosts on "Trick My Truck". This version of the tractor was before they stretched the frame & added a sleeper. I custom machined the air cleaners, steps, the front & rear bumpe, made the stacks, mirrors, visor & lowered the suspension and fuel tanks.

I like that A LOT! And it's a Wedico as well. Very nicely done. I'm curious how you dropped the suspension on it. It's something I battled with on my own Wedico for a long time. I finally came up with a solution though. I ended up lowering the cab and hood together, plus dropping the suspension. Looks like you did the same thing! Are all the chrome trim parts covered with bare metal foil? It looks so clean and sharp. How easy was it to do? Your mirrors are killer! Love the visor and steps as well. I hope my Wedico ends up looking like that. Got any more pictures? Close ups of the details?

Hi All.

Rod and Kevin are good friends of mine. Here are some pictures of the truck shortly after it was built along with some of the race car trailer they built for it, and some of how it looks now.

Just for clarity. First they do not "stretch" frames. They replace frames with longer frames.

The truck is Black and Purple... Not Black and Blue...

Ya did a awesome job on your truck it looks great.

For a truck that was built 8 years ago, it was a trend -setter to be sure. Awesome job on yours.
Rods truck is what inspired my color choice for my WDC build.

That has got to be one of the coolest Wedicos I have ever seen! Considering how high they sit stock, you did a top job lowering it. The custom accessories really set it off.
