Ok, no pics, the main question is the gears, what size, where might u get them?

I don't have any photos other than the diagram in my other post that I will work from to try and make one ... one day. As for gears, you can make them yourself (with a lathe, milling machine and gear cutter) or buy them from various sources. A couple of common sources of gears are McMaster-Carr and SDP-Si.com (Stock Drive Products). At this stage I have no idea about gear sizes, DP and mesh.

The gears would be a pair of the same size, and should be special pump gears not ordinary power trans gears. The pump gears are shaped differently to make the gear pair seal up to each other better. They also need to be ground for thickness to be 0.0004" thinner than the housing depth so as not to allow oil seepage around the sides.

If I could find a source for good pump gears, I'm sure I could build one (or multiple) just haven't been able to find a good source of small ones yet.

Here's a pic of the inside of the pump.

The gears measure 6.90mm OD.

Nice pics guys, thanks, joe,I assume there is a another cover over those gears and all that is inside the tank! How thick are those gears roughly?

That Jung pump looks like an efficient, little more to difficult for me to make! But at 160 bar, that's nice!
