The model Depicted here is a 1/25th scale Cat which I built some time ago and is a model of the very first Cat I operated back when I was a fifteen year old High School drop out learning the Cat Skinning trade around Hoopa California. The model started out as an AMT Cat D8H and was heavily modified and weathered to look as the 1:1 which I operated did at the time.

There are a lot of logging company modifacations done to her to include the wicker grill which was designed for working in the extreme summer heat of Northern California, in the woods of Trinity County California. These changes I have recreated on the model to bring her into perspective.

You should post these pictures on DHS Diecast too. There's a guy there that does phenomenal scratch builds and weathering so well it's hard to tell it's just a model not 1:1.
