Seems like I been in the picture sharing mood lately and realized I got one more good one for everyone I'm sure!
I live in a steel town and the steel plant has some large, odd looking machines to make it all happen.
its a slab carrier and hauls these giant steel plates that are 2ft thick!:eek:
This model is based on a 621E scraper front end and the back built by Kress. it can handle up to 3 slabs at a time. There is a 657 version that can haul 5-6 slabs and makes this look like a toy!:eek:
these pics are from our shop the last time we did a certified rebuild on it. The second of 2 carriers.
