100 micron bud, and pricing all depends on the job, what did you have in mind?

80x80? And how thick did you need that? I can def make it bud..

Actually the grille isnt quite square, its 80x76mm. 1mm would probably be a bit thin, probably 1.5 or 2mm should give it rigidity.

But i'd be looking at the whole hood as well!
