The Damitz works great, It sat on the shelf for over a year, did nothing to it, put the batts in it and runs like the day I put it away! Favorite unit:D

Yes I got the grapple, bucket, and cab from him last year. It went through Ric and he sent it to me. That reminds me I have to find it now, lost in the move so far, lol....

Well I installed the Grapple from damitz today. Need a little longer hose for the grapple, but it worked pretty good.

Great video angle. It looks very realistic. Do you have the size of hose you need? Pieco.ca is one "local" source for some hose and pneumatic fittings. If it is 2.5/4mm hose I have plenty if you need a small piece.

Vanisle, thanks for the link and offer, I found my other box of RC stuff and have a long piece I can use.

Smart Racer, it's not that everyone wants one , IT'S EVERYONE NEEDS 1 :D :D
I would guess to say that I put 100 hours on mine this summer... That is cheap entertainment. I wish my wife and daughters could go out shopping for 100 hours and only run down some batterys....

That hoe operator is a good one, he should look for work down South and get a job loading off highway trucks on the Island..hahhaha

Its pretty warm tonight, -5, a nice change from the -30... I tell my crew there is no work down south to keep them working up here, lol. Ya the tractor could use some chains and more weight on the drives.

I like the grapple and seems to be working good so far. Definitely need a set of jewelery for the Pete. Thanks.

Snochaser, my skidder is out getting a overhaul by RCLogger. As soon as I get it back it will be working hard.

Kevin, great videos. After all this time I had no idea the videos I watched in the past, on youtube, were your's. I would just come across them during random searches, or through links from other people's videos. It's nice to know. I see you are running the off road tires on your Wedico. Are those Wedico sized, or Tamiya sized on some of Ric's rims? I know they offer these tires in in both sizes.

That Damtiz excavtor seems to have no lack of power, and has some really good cycle times too. Impressive. I've always liked those excavators, but I hear the track motors and boom/dipper/ bucket functions, in combination can slow the model (hyrdo pump) down. Any thoughts on that?

The tires on the Pete are Tamiya sized (Ric Rims).
You are correct about the track motors being slow, other than that, it is/has been bullet proof.

The D8 has a Sabertooth in it, there is a few tricks with them but they generally work well. ;)

Hey Joe, hardly any time off this year, been building gear like crazy, trying to find hands and so on. We have been very busy considering how wet it has been. How's the crops doing out your way?

Hey Greg, got your package today, thanks! Had a son so he should be part of the crew soon enough.
