need a geardrive

ok guys I got a build in the works. collecting parts I got the rears
the ratio is 2,53:1 with a 5mm output shaft. I need two gear drives.
for the axle that will give me a scale 20 to 30 mph. looking at

for the gear drives but I just don't know what I need 20 rpm to 1000 rpm ???

I think you need to know what motor you will be using as the higher the turn the slower the max RPM...

Regardless I used a 4:1 reduction with a stock Tamiya motor in one of my first builds and it was pretty slow even in 3rd gear
