Re: D9R and 463 pull scraper
I just sent a spare I had to PFB last week...
Try these guys, as they distribute Leimbach products and are quick with replys & shipments. Order some extras as it seems to be becoming common (I'll take one). And get yourself some extra goodies while yer at it & start another project ya slacker! http://www.ttm-shop.de/content.php?s...12&hersteller= |
Re: D9R and 463 pull scraper
Didn't find anything in there Joe. And yes I do need a project. Hi my name is Joe and I'm a slacker.lol
Its more than likely going to be impossible to find this band, I bet. |
Re: D9R and 463 pull scraper
Down at the very bottom is their contact email, send them a mail of what you need & they'll get it for you. ;)

Re: D9R and 463 pull scraper
If you address your email to Sven he is the owner of the Store and if they don't have what you are looking for he will find it if it is available, I buy all of my German things through TTM.

Re: D9R and 463 pull scraper
Thinking about skipping the band and pressing 2 or 3 pins in the motor side and coinciding holes on the pump side. This would eliminate the band forever and I wouldn't have to wait a couple months on the parts and having to pay that ridiculous exchange rate.

Re: D9R and 463 pull scraper
Try an outfit like this one http://onlinecatalog.tpa-us.com/view...-1-5-5-mm-bore
I just googled micromotor coupling. Cheer's, Neil. |
Re: D9R and 463 pull scraper
Joe, take a look here: https://sdp-si.com/eStore/
They've got belts up the wazoo and it's in the US. A quick glance at a few random belts says you'll be looking at around 5 bucks. I can't remember if they have a minimum order amount, though. |
Re: D9R and 463 pull scraper
Thanks for the links guys. Neil, the way the motor and pump join together the coupling won't work. Jared, I'll check them out and see what they have.

Re: D9R and 463 pull scraper
Yeah I broke mine as well. I have the one from Joe coming as well as a few from Ric @ PMD. If you don't have one by the time I receive an extra I'll make sure to get you one asap! I looked around my local hardware store for some kind of metal band to surround the belt but didn't see anything. I suppose it's probably a good idea to have this "fuse" in place should something go very wrong in the system.

So when do we get video of the "garden deforestation"? I don't think flower's or tomatoe's have a choice, LOL!
Cheer's, Neil. |
Re: D9R and 463 pull scraper
As always, looking good Joe!
No reason to fault your skills Joe, a much higher degree of hand/eye skill doing it manually than these guys with code & a start button... ;) |
Re: D9R and 463 pull scraper
Are you kidding your equipment is part of my files. your a benchmark to set builds buy. keep it coming.

Re: D9R and 463 pull scraper
Nice work as always joe-this is still my favorite dozer. I have watched your videos dozens of times and still enjoy them.

Re: D9R and 463 pull scraper
nice pin on rake when you commin up this way to clear some of the garden? there is still only a few of us that work with steel keep up the great work
|
Re: D9R and 463 pull scraper
Joe, could have used the rake in the veggie garden this past weekend. It's an attachment I don't get to see much - not used at coal mines. Nice addition to the dozer. Like others have said, I use your tractor/scraper as a standard to measure by, so don't get down on yourself.

Re: D9R and 463 pull scraper
I think you should build a rome blade /kg blade for your D9 lol that would be a force to recon with and be neat to see it clear weeds and maybe small trees lol
