Exactly what I was going to say :D

I think I have a bit to much steering angle at the moment but with a bit of tweaking should be spot on.

As for "Extreme Terrain" Joe, its not a rock crawler :p

Good to see you're back at it. Any more pics from the ones missing on the first page?

Have you seen the link that Bo Wallen posted about the photobucket workaround? It worked for me.

24Bar... will you be putting compression collars on your fittings upon final assembly?

Thank you, I'm using a combination of Magom and Chinese stuff.

Yes Joe I will, they're sitting in a bag on the bench, I put one on the cylinder lift pipe then forgot the others doh!

Mind you, whilst setting the pressure relief I had it up to 30+ bar with no issues...but for piece of mind I will fit them.

Do you think it needs them on the return side?

Did a little sheet bending tonight:

Return side? Yes, you will max pressure when cyl deadheads for a second or two... might get away with it for 20 - 50 lifts, but that hyd line is always ever so little ballooning with pressure... better safe than oil spraying everywhere, no fun to clean up.

When you disassemble for paint, do you cut the hose off the barb or force-ably pull it off? ...I always split the hose with a #11 knife off the barb.

What's the loading height of your box from the ground?

No your right, been there, done that!
So ok I'll fit to all the 3mm hoses.

Yes I have to cut them off the barb with a craft knife, no way you can pull them off, once they're on they're on.

Loading height is 185mm

LOL, yeah, I make a LOT of typos

SHOULD have read that thing will be AWESOME when completed. SOMEHOW, that part got deleted as I was typing it. I HATE them keyboard hotkey things. I DON'T even realize that I've accidently hit one of them, or for that matter what combination of keys I hit to make ti do that!

Re: Joskin KTP27/65 Tridem

Thanks guys,

Joe I used UHU endfest 300 plus 2 part epoxy, the hotter it is the quicker and more importantly, stronger the bond is.
I applied the glue at room temp (approx 20*C)
The top of the stove was 274*C and the trailer was around 70*C
