Sweet old school build. I can't make up my mind which way is better. I like the fenders lower, but the cab looks better higher. I'm sure either way will end up great. You may disagree but I think making it look rusty, faded and worn as a paint job would be cool. Like it's been used/abused forever and a day.

I am going to lower the sides on the bed but I like the botom being the same hight as the cab.

Travis If you want scale the cab actually should be lower (just looked through my mack history book ) . but I think your fine just bring the top of the body down to at least the cab hight . my $0.04 :p

If you lowered the bed the same amount as the cab, it would look much better in my opinion. Looks like the start of another GREAT build!!

Here are some updated pics of the truck I lowered the top of the bed and I am now happy with how it looks. Now to build the A frame boom and some paint.

Yea Man! Now that baby looks the part! Perfect! Only one problem,where you gunna hide all the mechanics? Looks to be tight on space? Can't wait to see the MFU git shoe horned into this little guy.:D

LOL yeah Freddy is right your going o need to get the body stretcher out to fit your MFU in there.. Hey but all BS aside it looks great keep the updates coming.

Looks much better, now that you've lowered it! I was going to suggest that early on, when I first posted, but I didn't think the look was bad then either. A lot of those old school Macks rode pretty high. I think it looks either way!

Hi i like the over all stand of the cab as it is now, the tow bed looks ok as well it will be fun for set it up the way you want it to be, but hey that`s what it is all about. so good luck & keep the pixs come`n
