I could list a bunch of these songs I grew up listening to these riding with my uncles in their semi's. I also hate to say it but my favorite truck I like to ride in with my uncle was his Ford L9000 with the big cam Cummins. They used this truck to haul logs to the top of the hill when they were logging in southern Indiana cuz the two Petes could not make it up the hill with a full load so the Ford pulled the trailers to the top of the hill then they hooked up the other trucks and we headed home. Now on the road was another story that poor Ford was wide open trying to keep up.

thats the one set in the 1930's sly works or drives a truck but gets into the busness of fighting with his older challenged brother...sound right..if it is not much footage of trucks but lots of fights..don't recall trucker though when was it made?

Yeah F.I.S.T was basically about the forming of the teamsters union kinda.

There was a movie called Trucks. It was based loosely on Maximum Overdrive, and it was kind of cheesy, but it had some good moments.;):p:)

And the first season of the Incredable Hulk, there was an episode where there were cut scence from Duel. And if I remember correctly, the camera guy in the back seat of the car, you could see the top of his head, and sometimes his face...I like catching mistakes in movies and shows.:p:p:p

bumps don't matter to a reel to reel ,you could turn them upside down and they would play, think of a large cassette player lol only the most costly trucks and cars had them in them and of course green horents and batmans cars

Big Trouble In Little China ( You know what Ole Jack Burton always says....)
Think Big (with those dumb barbarian twin brothers who drive a Peterbilt threw the film)
Joy Ride 1 & 2(with Paul Walker running from "Rusty Nail")
Breakdown (with Kurt Russell who's wife is kiddnapped by trucker)

Then movies with some kool truck apperences

Live free or die hard (freightliner chase scene)
Transformers 1 2 3( Peterbilt Optimus Prime)
Beverly Hills Cop 2 (axels cement mixer Mack)
Texas Chainsaw Massacre (old school needle nose Pete at end)
Waterworld (had a needle nose Pete turned into a boat)
Armed And Dangerous (the guy with the cabover Ford hauling rocket fuel)
The fast and furious (the end high jacking scene with the Peterbilt)
The Road Warrior (the black and red Mack)
Stop or my mom will shoot(sly stallone has a chase scene in an ol pete)

That is just what I can remember. If you guys like IMDB.COM (Internet movie database) and you ever have a question about some vehicle in a move you'll love IMCDB.ORG (Internet movie car database). It will tell you every vehicle in almost every movie, even if it just drove by. Usually the have a still screen shot of the vehicle which helps tons with our hobby in recreation of trucks from movies or tv.:D This thread rules by the way, i say we sticky all trucker movies for inspiration for builders who haven't seen these awesome movies and trucks.

After that entire list you forgot to mention:
Beverly Hills Cop the original - the opening scene is where Axel Foley (Eddie Murphy) is in the middle of a bust on the back of a trailer with cigarettes and the suspect runs up and uses the truck to evade capture by the police by driving the truck to escape and Axel is flung around on the back of the trailer like a rag-doll.
