This truck was finished and got detailed by me. Owner will take delivery pretty soon. Amazing how these trucks come together, Had another truck come in this week. Frame is getting stretched and the sleeper is staying on. We're doing two right now with sleepers and four that are day cabs. One more is getting ready to go out the door this coming week. Hope you guys and gals like the pics. Corbett Out! |
Re: Dangelo AutoBody
The first picture was from before we got the outriggers in. They are all hooked up and running. Picture of truck with white sleeper is another project. The last picture is a truck that went out on Friday. I love my job. I get moved around quite a bit but I enjoy it.

Re: Dangelo AutoBody
Picture of the under reach will have to wait a while. All the trucks with under reach systems are not installed yet. All just have the booms on. The 60 Ton with the outriggers is going to have two booms. The rotating boom is done but it's not ready to be installed. The under reach is one of the last sections to be installed. Any specific pics you need let me know and I'lll do my best to get them posted.

Re: Dangelo AutoBody
This is what I went back to work to find. Just in time though because I've been missing it.
http://i686.photobucket.com/albums/v...ttj454/091.jpg I forgot to get some pics of the Rear chassis after I painted it but with the boxes on it's well on it's way.. I wasn't too sure about white on a wrecker but, we build to the owners specifications, what they want they get. And before anyone comments on the yellow not matching up, there is a Blue thunder bolt that with go down the middle that will cover it up. Unfortunately that will be after it leaves. http://i686.photobucket.com/albums/v...ttj454/092.jpg http://i686.photobucket.com/albums/v...ttj454/142.jpg http://i686.photobucket.com/albums/v...ttj454/144.jpg http://i686.photobucket.com/albums/v...ttj454/141.jpg We just started a 2000 Ford F-350 that will be an 8 TON wrecker. I will post some pictures of that in the morning. Also have more pictures of us setting the boom on another wrecker. I'll post them tomorrow too. Make you check back for more pics. I'll do my best to keep you guys up to date on what we are working on. At the same time we're working on a truck for ourselves. We coulda made a killing this week when the snow hit. Thanks for looking, John Corbett. |

Re: Dangelo AutoBody
sweet pictures that sure is alot of iron! That stretch you did looks very good from the piture it was a little blurry but still looked good! the only thing i stretched was my waist line got to shorten it!!! lol
|
Re: Dangelo AutoBody
Lol. Thanks. Unfortuneatly the black one is almost done. I forgot to get some pics before. Only thing left is the winches and hydraulic lines to them. I believe it's a 30 ton. The F-350 is on hold. Problems with the original design. I believe they are tweeking it a little bit since the chassis frame in the rear isn't what we expected.
