This is a very cool build! Definitely original and unique. All you need now is a orange truck to pull the trailer. From the looks of your video it works flawlessly!

Nice work, the arduino is slick. I saw a video screen build on a german forum and they apparently use more sophisticated road sign trucks than we do. I see these arrows all over AZ construction though. The sign board is a little big but great sign.
