I really like the new syeps. And that riser for the MFU is awesome.

Bummer they didn't do a new wheel set or tire style.

Nice post. Thanks for the detail pics. You should copy this into the build section. Real nice teaser for those who are just thinking about getting onto rc trucking.

Just to clarify it comes with radio and sound and servos? Mike

Re: You can stop building trucks now, Tamiya Grand Hauler.

Like any other kit you will need to supply that yourself. It's just the truck.

So in reply 41 that list is extras you need to get , I guess I just read it wrong . Mike

If it included radio/MFU/servo the price of it would be $1000 ish not the $500mark that I've hear it will be going for.......

I find it very interesting that in step 27 it says if using the motorized support legs to not attach the fenders. But in the video from the Nuremburg show they are dropping the trailer with the motorized legs and the fenders are on.

I agree I was thinking the same thing after watching the video. Maybe on smooth flat ground it's fine but going up and down driveways or say at a show where there's a bridge or something it will hit the full fenders.

Mike that is what the build consists of not the kit. Kits unless you find it on some online store and it states it is a combo-kit or something of that nature, it will not come with anything but the kit.

RTR (ready-To-Run) is something different of course.

This is one of things I will be investigating during the build. The Scania fendered trucks state the same thing.

Re: You can stop building trucks now, Tamiya Grand Hauler.

For those of you who want this truck, I found out some good news from Tower Hobbies.:bounce: They say it should be available late February in stead of late March. Now here's the really good news...The price has been dropped down to $449.97.:bounce: That is more realistic imo. Just thought I'd share this with you all. And now I can say early birthday present for me.:lol:;)
