All the rails are 1 x .5 x .125 wall channel from online metals (I think). I "ripped" the outer rails down to .25 wide at the table saw with a special blade for non-ferrous metal. I remember it being a fairly dangerous process, if I had a bandsaw I would have rather used it.

Thank you!! I've been putting some materials together from a lowboy build. I've been looking for that outer beam for a while. Thanks again!

I think you have actually done a kick a55 job in designing and building that lowboy from scratch. Give yourself some credit man! I like your work.
