Cool truck! But will the RC4WD axles be up to the task?

I had also wanted to make a weight box for the rear of the truck, but i didnt really want just a box on the back.

I ended up making a flat bed, so then i can still "haul stuff"

http://i335.photobucket.com/albums/m...pswyhfsiwn.jpg

Also got everything stuffed under the cab

Pretty cool rear suspention set up Russ,
Why the twin motor set up and are both the ESC's getting plugged into the same throttle channel with a Y lead ?
Back to the Green COE did you put a hinge on it or is it just the 4 screws holding the cab on ?

Cheers Tracy

Thanks Tracy, i think the suspension set up is going to work out good for a pulling truck, but i'll find out :D

Why twin motors, well why not, lol

I do have the esc's ran into a Y harness going into one channel on the radio, the esc's each have a power switch.

On the green coe its just 4 screws to hold the cab on, nothing fancy

It was good to meet you at Indy Russ. The truck sounds and run great! The Rat rod zipped by me at one point and looked good. Hope to see you next year!

Russ, so good to see you again. Equipment looked top notch as usual.

To have the same pull down effect as the regular trucks we need to move that hook to near the top of the bed.

Flush-mounted 5th wheel on the bed would be slick.

Thanks, it was great seeing everyone

I was pretty happy with the puller over all, I had done very little testing with it before heading to indy. After running it, i did find a few small tweeks that i wanna make, but i might just save them for another build.
