Impressing as always! But it looks like you let the chain actually slide against the housing walls? Never seen that before. Don´t you think that will create noise and an aluminum slurry?

Yep, your right about that Stefan. Due a small design error:mad: I made the housing little too small, but it doesn't keep any noise and hopefully with some grease inside it don't eat it self thru the housing:)

I see, its a bug and not a feature :D Well, in any case, the chain plates might dig in a millimeter or so (actually half a millimeter if you have the 6 mm pitched chains), but then the rollers start rolling on the land between the grooves and the wear rate should decrease.

That's actually a U-profile that's machined that way.
