Thanks for the comments guys as far as the next build its kind of a secret for now on how it will turn out...:D:D:D
Truckmaker any body lift on a rig is good as it allows the exhaust to be run under the cab/sleeper floor and it allows for a bigger BB to hang of the front exept the tamiya thing:D:D:D

Very nice rig. I'm a big fan of the Aussie road trains and yours is very nicely done. Thanks for posting pics of every step of the project.

Now that's a good looking truck you got there Cossett, I really like it! Is that BB from Tim? Also, I really like the Freightliner stack shields, did you have those made locally?

Ok I needed something useful to make at TAFE tonight in sheet metal and instead of making a letter box or another tool box that I have no use for I gave 1800-tim a call and got some quick measurements off him and made a drawing for a ballast box as I had nothing to go off as it was a spur of the moment thing, the measurements I end up using were slightly different as my makings on the sheet metal were out a little,
It is made from one piece of 1mm gal cut/folded with double safety fold on the top edges I just need to make a lid for it next week and secure the corners then make the mounting brackets for the turn table..
Not sure what truck it will go on the one travis is doing or the yellow bruder so it will go here for the time being....

Looks good! Are you going to weld it together or use an epoxy?

awesome build, I have a Knight Hauler still in the needing stages.... it still needs paint...it has the MFU and the trailer light set - I went for the big speaker box as my modeling skills are still in their infancy - and I reallly don't want to be doing any mechanical changes any time soon...
