Another morning in the works shop

what is the works shop? one of the rent a space hobby shops ?

This work shop belongs to my brother in-law Robert, If you look at the early posts you can see a lot of the CNC machines used to create these three machines

Thanks Ed, more work is being done this week, we have a full weekend show at the end of this week and so the push is on to get more detail to show at the Perth Truck And Trailer Show. It will go on display as under construction to show that our models are hand made as well as purchased kits.

Wow! This build is amazing, you really are doing a great job with this dozed, I hope one day to have the tools and patience to do a build like this, but for now I'll just keep an eye on this awesome build. Keep up the great work.

Paul, it looks like your going to knock this one out of the park. I wish I would have had CNC when I built my dozer but then again I'm not smart enough to figure out how to use it. Great job, looking forward to more.

That's nice. It looks very exact. Do you have a set of blueprints you are working from, to build to scale?

The original plans that we got were for a static model:confused: ( this was not known at the time). The plans came from the net. The problem was, when one part was made the next part did not fit to it and allow it to run:mad:
A lot of work was needed on the drawings by a couple of talented guys Robert and Alex to make this project come together.

Re: D11 New Project

The next parts to be made is the rear ripper frame, there was 2 operations for what you see now. There is another 5 operations to finish this part.

Ah, those are some great looking parts! I'd love to have the ability to machine things like this! I need CNC!
