i finally get to join the king hauler club!

santa finally came by last friday and dropped of my truck! what a nice truck to build. just need my electronics now and then time to start modding. and since there has been a couple hundred built, no need to show the stock build up.

Congrats on the king hauler ! Santa made you wait long enough. Lol . Now you just need to take it all apart and stretch the frame and get some S&P fenders for the front and rear and stacks and the list just keeps going ! Be sure and post lots of pic. For us

Re: i finally get to join the king hauler club!

thanks guys,
yes the pipes are coming, yes on the single head light. no on the fenders, just going to fix these ones. i like the looks of these fenders and tall tires. yes on the stretched frame. no on the rig rat, needed the measurements of the frame and rear diff to get the frame set up for rat.

on the gl or kh, it was a hard choice yes! thought of the globe and put a huge drome box on like the rig my dad had many years ago. but the king hauler was easier to get here so they made my choice for me.

and yes it is an awesome feeling to have her here, thank you.

Pretty decent trailer. Did you say that you picked up the Mack and trailer for around 100 dollars? That's a great deal!

Re: i finally get to join the king hauler club!

NICE!! I cant wait to see more on it! I like that your painting the pipes that'll deffinitally stand out against the crowd. I cant wait till i can get my king so i can start my next build! Are you going to add bigger tanks to it? How long are the new rails?

hippy 04-15-2012 12:40 AM

Re: i finally get to join the king hauler club!

thank you, i am going to make tool boxes and steps for the gap to be filled in with. the new rails are 30" long. and thank you on the pipes. got to figure out what to use for the driveshaft, i know i need 2 piece, but i am trying to find something around here to use as the steady bearing.

I mounted mine to the axle worked good. or maybe notch a grove where your fender mounts are it'll lower them a little... Love they way the truck looks! Lights are Sweet
