Re: Indy 2010
Yeah there was a pretty good crowd.

Re: Indy 2010
Hey Travis, it was nice to meet and talk with you. Enjoyed the short time while I was there. Ben

Re: Indy 2010
I wouldn't quite agree that there was a good crowd, the show was dead compared to last year
|
Re: Indy 2010
Ya the show was dead compaired to last year but with the economy I think it was a decient crowd and I enjoyed actualy puting faces with some names. Here are some more pics.

Re: Indy 2010 show pics
Wow. I see some pretty cool trucks in the photos, which I haven't seen on the forums anywhere yet. That orange Mack with the orange Bruder trailer is one. I've seen the Red Mack before, but never a build thread. And that red Kenworth W900 with the aerodyne sleeper, in the picture with the Macks. That thing looks nice! Would love to see some more photos of those trucks. Even build threads, if possible.
Also like that orange Peterbilt day cab with the black hood, in the last photo. |
Re: Indy 2010 show pics
looks like a good truck turnout and some of them i agree would like to see build treads on them if possible.

Re: Indy 2010 show pics
The orange MacK is a Scale Art truck. Detailing is unreal on it. Just look at the detail parts in the garage behind it. I think they all belong to Bulldog(Darryl)?????

Re: Indy 2010 show pics
nice pics. looks like a fun weekend!

Re: Indy 2010 show pics
Fhhhstix, u have can fill up a parking area quickly. Have ran the tracked loader in the dirt?
|
Re: Indy 2010 show pics
Not yet Scott I plan to this weekend. Lynn the orange mack is just a plastic toy body unless the drive train is scale art but I think it is tamiya Darryl's scale art is the Man with the pup dump trailer. All of Darryls trucks are amazing and first rate detail.

Re: Indy 2010 show pics

Re: Indy 2010 show pics - Willy
I had the same “problem” as Travis , to much play-time ( well , you never can have enough of it , Lol ) and not enough time for photos and videos , but I took just a few quick-snaps on Sunday and I have a bunch of photos from my buddy Doug , will post them later as a video-slide-show as well a 9 minute preview-video-clip from my about 1 hour videos I took on Sunday . Re: Indy 2010 show pics
that lil daycab cabover was one of my favorites!!! I said it sure takes something to take a shiny tank and make it all dirty!!!! I love the dirty windshield

some more photos ( frame-captures from a video )
http://www.rctruckandconstruction.com/album.php?albumid=4 and the video : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f7S2SV-nuZM&hd=1 this is just a quick preview of about 1 ½ hrs of videos I took on Sunday unfortunately the East-Coast truckers had already left by then , but at least I got John’s beauty K100 as a drive-by at the warehouse setup , Izzy with his monster-bulldozer on the lowboy and his nice International , Cat-man’s 4axle Dumper buzzing by , as well Lynn’s cool Beer-truck and a few more … ......and some loading action at the warehouse more to come as soon I get some more time for some editing of the rest of my video-clips |
Re: Indy 2010 show pics
Cool. One of these days I'll have to get to a show. Sure looks like a good time. Thanks for sharing all the photos everyone.
|
Re: Indy 2010 show pics
It sounds like next year will be even better, we're really gonna need the extra room for all of Travis' trucks by then.
|
Re: Indy 2010 show pics
Thanks for the compliments on the daycab Stepside! It was a fun build that started as a "spare parts" build and just grew. And yes, that first pass with red primer over a nice shiny tank took some working up to!
