Ford 9000

I enjoyed doing this one, It came to me as a king hauler dump, and the customer wanted the old school ford, so I made it happen. I gotta say this cab really compliments Reg's already flawless dump body. This was the first time a few months ago that I really got to see the inner workings of Reg's Box and let me tell you, its AMAZING, the functionality, craftsmanship is second to none, I hope I did a good enough job on the truck to match the work on the bed. :)

It turned out fantastic Brian. I know Keith is VERY excited. Thanks for the compliment on the dump. That was the very first "RCP's" dump box. I built 3 at once and was figuring things out as I went along with each one. I kept #2 for my KH and Mario got #3. I made some slight changes to #1 after some testing and then sent it out for coating. It found a home with Keith several months later. A few minor improvements have been made to them since then but not many as they seem to work well. It looks great along with the Ford cab and I like the choice of color with white, gray and black. The Grill and wheels tie in very well with the dump box. Awesome job!

So what are we working on next? Oh wait, never mind....

Great job Brian!!! I will issue a challenge to you though........the printing is awesome!!!!...... but you've gotta sand out some of those print lines, that'll take it up another notch and leave em' wondering how your building the one off parts for those who don't know. i know you strive for perfection..... so there's the challenge.

Re: Ford 9000

Amazing build, wish I had the time or skill to do one myself.

Not to nit pick as the rest of the detail is spot on, but the only detail that is off is the round air cleaner intake, LTL9000's had rectangular grilles on the side of the hood, L9000 series had the round intakes (plus the rest of the hood is different as well)
