Project "overtime" peterbilt(finally done 3/2/12 pics)
Well i started this rig about 2 1/2 years ago. So the title fits this rig perfect..lol. Did not want a radical stretch so its only 3" longer then stock. Just got done building the rear fenders, between the tank lights, and modding the sleeper. Going to modify the grill, make a visor, and a set of bull pipes in the next week. Trying to finish mock up so i can paint it this fall when the humidity drops.

Re: Project "overtime" peterbilt
Great work on the breather lights and mirror lights. Did you use some magnet wire for the LEDs on the mirror? I'm looking at the mirror brackets and I just don't see the wires getting to the LEDs, so I'm thinking you soldered on some magnet wires to the feeders. Nice job.

Re: Project "overtime" peterbilt
Got a set of Brian's steps and John's bull pipes mounted. Next going to finish the cab body work. Have to wait until October before the humidity drops below 100% to paint her. So it will be a couple of months before i post any updates on this project.

Cooler weather and low humidity has finally arrived. Got the frame painted this weekend. Still working on the cab and sleeper bodywork. Color is sub-lime green pearl metallic. Its clouldy today so it hard to see the pearl but its there...lol.
