Thank u, thank u, thank u
You guys are awesome!, wasn't expecting so many positive comments!
Some of u were asking about the rivets, I bought them at the local Hobby train shop,
They are plastic and come in diffrent sizes and shapes, I'll post some photos as soon as i get them sorted:)

How do you like that trans? Does it only have the one gear?

Re: Peterbilt 352 "pacemaker"

Nice job on the 352! I have a new globe liner in the box and some parts from Steve ( ihb) grill, tanks, wheels, bumper & stacks from John S&P and have been wanting to build a 352 Pete but now that I see yours I'm going to get to work and hope it comes out half as good as yours .

Re: Peterbilt 352 "pacemaker"

Nice looking truck! I love the fuel tanks and tilt cab! It's about 400 rivets cooler than any other Globe I've seen! :D

Tranny comes with 3 pinions so u can play with your gearing.
I have it installed with 4:1 reduction and a silver can, pulled 60lb trailer without a problem, sounds good to since I don't have sound unit;)

Thx, I'm sure it will come oute nice :) just take your time, I think that crucial part is to move the front axel to give it a proper look

I just registered on this forum to say, AMAZING work! This is the best truck I have ever seen, now you just need a set of 10 hole alcoas and you are set:)

Nice job, really like the exhaust :D

BRICKNICK 10-03-2012 04:19 PM

Re: Peterbilt 352 "pacemaker"

This thing is a work of art, I'm interested in what you used to make the exhaust brackets, are those black brackets from an aeromax or custom made? I think the only thing that could make this truck look any closer too a real full sized Pete is a set of Steves (IH Builder) aluminum alcoa style rims. Awesome job on an awesome build.
