Lebanon Indiana Garden show
 

We have been invited to play at the spring garden show in Lebanon Indiana. The dates are April 14th-16th Thurs, Fri, and Sat. They have offered to let us set up on the 13th. This is a wonderful opportunity for us, we will be getting a space nearly the size of Indy and best of all its FREE. We will be inside and using our ground up rubber. All they ask of us is to put on a show for the public while the show is open but we are on our own the rest of the time. This will be at the fairgrounds. This show is about 30min north of Indy on I65. The hotels are less than 5 min north of the fair grounds at the intersections of I65 and st rd 32. In the pic below I have the fairgrounds circled and the area with the hotels circled. If you have any questions just contact me.

This sounds good I'll put on the calendar. We are all relatively healthy at the moment, so I should be able to make it.

Sounds good! Alex and I were just talking about it Sunday evening and just tonight, Lil Cooper was over and ask me when were we going to that show that Travis was having!

Count the three of us in and let us know what we can do to help you set-up.

Room reservations made!! Alex, Lil Cooper and I booked a room at the Comfort Inn in Lebanon, IN for Thursday, Friday and Saturday night.

If we can rework our schedules, I'd like to get down there Wednesday to help Travis set-up.

Who's planning to attend the Lebanon Indiana Show?

DieselKid (Alex) and myself (FabOne) along with Grandson Cooper (Lowboy) plan on being there sometime Thursday and staying until Sunday. We have rooms down the road.

The more, the better the show!

Is the layout such that my dragline would "fit in" with the trucks and ground rubber? Will there be any earth moving stuff like dozers, loaders or that sort of thing?

I am thinking about making the trip.

Jim, The room we are getting is larger than Indy!! Our problem is to get enough people and equipment to fill it :eek::eek:
There should be plenty of other construction equipment there to keep a drag line supplied with material.

Every body is more than welcome to bring RC RELATED (semi, scale truck , buggy, turing car, what ever) items to trade and sell. This will be a realy good show for us to have our own little swap meet. Our only obligation is to put on a good show during the hours of the show and I will get those posted. The rest of the time is just for us to do what we want.

All hobby grade RC are welcome to play but for those with no common sense here are some guidelines. Just come and play and have fun with some common sense and if you have none we will provide it for you. If we have to provide the common sense it will only be once the second time I will have you escorted out.

Set up 12pm wed and we have to be out by noon Sun. The show is only open 4-8 each day.

In the same building as us will be where the sell supper each day so you wont have to go far for supper.

Friday the 15th
St. Joeseph Knights of Columbus Fish Fry
Pizza, Salad & more by Arni's

Saturday the 16th
4H BBQ Meal
Pizza, Salad & more by Arni's


For those that don't know Arni's is a reginal Pizza chain that is real similar to Pizza King with great salads and a few extras.

Just put in for Thursday and Friday off!......be good to get out of the shop for a couple days and have some fun, too many long hours lately!:D

Haven't done squat to any of my trucks/trailers since the last get together, but I'll run what I've got! LOL:rolleyes: Dad and Cooper been kicking butt on their's though, and are also looking forward to the show I know!:)
