Paystar 5000

I thought I had this thread posted here. Not sure where this build is going.Frirst thought was doing the KONG wrecker,or a plow truck.I,m thinking now to do an old school dump truck or heavy haul. Here are some pics of the build. http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/...Picture525.jpg http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/...Picture489.jpg http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/...Picture497.jpg http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/...Picture500.jpg http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/...Picture508.jpg http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/...Picture528.jpg http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/...Picture547.jpg http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/...Picture954.jpg I have it on a 6X6 chassis for mock up.

That looks mean, a real industrial looking beast.

Re: Paystar 5000

I need some input on this build.Heavy hauler or Dump truck?????? Took the cab of my other project to get an idea of what way to go.It only made it worse.Lets hear some feedback. http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/...star/002-1.jpg http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/...aystar/004.jpg http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/...aystar/005.jpg http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/...aystar/006.jpg The heavy haul would have 2 winches, aluminum headache rack, aluminum fenders, beacon and work lights.

i like the dump route but mainly cause i want one lol. I like the way it looks there with the dump body but i personally would make it a tandom instead of a tri. just my .02.. Either way it'll look great!!

Great job on the cab and dumpbox. It should not be a problem to make it both a dump truck and heavy hauler, just make sure the box is easy to remove.

This is a cool build one of my Fav old school dumpers right here.. Do a green frame with red and white wheels red center and white rim ring that combo looks great on this old truck

I like the dump as well, but not happy with the box I built after seeing some of the other hand built ones.So I might go heavy haul.

Thanks. The multi colored rims would nail it for sure.I ordered a set of 6 spoke daytons From Steve, just waiting. Those daytons would give it the right old school look needed.I would like to find some one who could build me a more realistic dump bed.I dont like the stamped metal ones from garden trucking,so I'm at a stand still on this build.

Re: Paystar 5000

in my opinion that truck is tough no matter what and havent seen any others. i also think dump or concrete mixer cause i drove a paystar concrete truck for cemstone here in st. paul and if you missed a gear it hurt your hand!
