Any of the (4) requirements not listed in the posting will result in the For Sale thread being deleted from the forum.

5: Any thread older than 3 months will be deleted automatically no questions asked!!!!!!!

6: New rule: If you post your item for sale here on this forum, it is available to everyone or don't post it at all!

If you post an item for sale here on RCT&C B/S/T, then whoever speaks up 1st (not necessarily on the open forum) will have the right to purchase. If seller wants to reneg on the deal b/c a close buddy suddenly wants it or some one local shows an interest, then the seller must honor 1st buyer the choice to take it or leave it! Burn the 1st buyer on the sale and your membership is terminated with this forum!

The right to purchase means you are willing to buy the item for the asking price, no haggling involved. THE FIRST PERSON TO OFFER TO BUY THE ITEM NOT ASK ABOUT IT.

We of the Administration have no way of knowing who PM'd 1st, unless slighted buyer gives us permission to view their account. Also, if a buyer got a confirmation PM that the item was indeed his at an agreed price, then the seller can't reneg later, no matter how little or much time has passed.
