last thing left i hope

hi, everyone. I have made some good progress on my 870 k loader conversion from the radio that came with it to my dx-18 radio. The new set up is now set so the throttle and steering are on the same stick and the bucket controls are on the other stick hehe at least till I start installing the lights lol I have the locking diffs on switch d and hydro pump on the landing gear. The only thing i can not get going is hydraulic pump to work at full speed to make sure turn and bucket arm and dump to work :jaw::)

Go to MIX in radio programming
Mix 1
first channel entry is valve & second channel is pump.
Then there's the + - 100 values, the order of + or - depends on how the pump wiring is configured. If you are getting pump motor speed up but no pressure, then the pump motor is turning backwards, reverse the + - 100 values
Then select the ch that is your Mixing switch
Mix 2 next valve ch 1st & pump motor ch. then the +- 100 values in correct order, the mixing ch
Mix 3 next valve ch, pump ch & +- 100 values in correct order, mixing ch

That's it!

As you open even one valve, the pump motor will speed up.

It's beneficial to have your hyd motoring always turning because to start/stop pump motor heats up the esc to point where it could burn out stop working or worse, catch fire. Adjust EPA on pump ch to30%

1) obviously I'm not, I thought it was funny

2) read your radio manual, it has pictures & script that'll show you what I'm talking about.

No manual bleeding required, cycling cyl in & out removes all the air. If hyds are spongy, your oil tank is low on oil.

Slow cyl movement in one direction but not the other, servo on valve needs EPA adjustment or servo is junk & not giving full rotation in both directions... stop buying chinese made electronics, they're cheap for a reason -> there life expectancy is short. Use quality servos like Hi-Tec or Multiplex.

I fully agree! When replacing servos in tehse mini machines spring for some high quality servos. TEh cheap Chinese servos frequently break &/or wear out.
