Steel frameless end dump

http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...psjw5gttlz.jpg http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...psusdzvk7u.jpg Decided it was time to put something behind my truck and always thought these frameless end dumps were neat. Box is 31 inches long and built with 1/8 x 1/2 steel flat bar. need to grind my welds flat and bend up a tub. Long way to go yet. I sure hope it will be heavy enough

I use a cheapo flux core wire welder I got at harbor freight. It spatters quite a bit but it gets the job done. I am no expert welder but I'm learning.
More pics to come.

Im going to try a couple firgellis mounted between the draft arms. Im impressed with the power they have and I'm thinking they will get the job done.
Lots more metal to add reg!

Ok cool. I have a small 110v Lincoln mig welder that I haven't touched in about 15 years...maybe I'll give a try to how you are doing yours.

your mig will do fine and probably give you a much cleaner weld than what I get. I say give it a shot
