16 gauge question
So I'm trying to weld 16 gauge to 18 gauge, how exactly do I do that? Do I use the 16 gauge setting, or the 18 gauge setting and let it burn through?

Re: 16 gauge question
Spend more time, on the thicker side of the weld. Let the thicker side suck up the heat! You may have to stitch weld too, for heat control.

Re: 16 gauge question
Yer welcome! Looking at your pictures, wire brush or wheel between each tack weld. Great start!
