Tap and die set
 

hi I want to buy a tap and die set must contain a 3mm tap as well as all the others that I may need Tamiya sizes I guess any recommendations where do you buy your sets from I have had a look but I'm a novice and don't know lol so many thanks all have a great weekend

It will get much pricier when you break cheep stuff and need to buy again and again.........

Where are you located buff69, in the States, Europe Australia Etc.? If in the States, True Value hardware carries IRWIN taps. I used a 3mm to do three truck frames and 2 trailer frames and that's power tapping with a hand drill which I wouldn't suggest doing unless your experienced in metal working.

I got my 3mm from philberg in the uk hit him a pm and ask him. drill and tap
